My mom bought me an early christmas present. I was trying to listen to music on youtube, and it said for me to download adobe flash player, It gave me the direct site which i went to. I download it & then it says installing, it goes to 50 to 100 and than says it failed. Someone please help. Be specific.

Go to Google.com In the search box, type in the following: adobeflashplayer download When the adobe webpage appears look for the download button and click it. You will need to wait until you see a square dialog box appear on your screen. You will see the word: Run. Click run and let the entire program install. After it is finished, shut off your computer. Now restart the computer login. Go to youtube.com and view whatever you wish. You shouldn't have any problem viewing now.
