I'm not meaning the actual system. Just video tutorials on how to do things in Photoshop. Such as typography, smoke effects, etc. I don't have good connection at home so picture tutorials are to blurry/pixely to see.
So I'm looking for somewhere I could download video tutorials or zip files of tutorials with step by step instruction. :)

i recommend you download psd files of effects or drawing or so.. and observe how its done, and do like it..

Youtube is absolutely full of them. Just type 'smoke effect tutorial photoshop cs4' for example, and there you go. And for downloading these vids you could use a website like zamzar.
Adobe TV is one of the best sources for free video tutorials for both CS5 and CS4
The website www.google.com is a good site to get these.
