file transfer microsoftHow to transfer some file from Ubuntu to Microsoft?

I have two networks in my computer both Ubuntu(not edu) and Microsoft XP I made an HTML file in Ubuntu and I need to transfer that file into Microsoft how will I do it please tell me anyway you know to transfer files or anything from Ubuntu to Microsoft in one computer.
If your file is saved in ubuntu file, just execute "save as" then select a compatible file format in that save file folder. For example, in excell, you can save as tfile transfer microsofthe select .xls file to save it in windows.

Or you can just rename the ubuntu file if you know the last application name in the windows file.. for example in images, its ".jpg".. just change the name and it will be automatically converted.
Well by two networks im assuming you meant operating systems, if your ubuntu and want to move the file from ubuntu to windows, you can go to places> xx.xGB voulme and navigate to your desktofile transfer microsoftp and drag the file from ubuntu to the windows desktop, and next time you go on windows your file will be on your desktop.
However, if your on windows and want to access your ubuntu drive, you can either use http://www.diskinternals.com/linux-reader/
which will let you view your ubuntu drive. Get to the directory where your file is, and right click it and hit save and it will save it on your windows drive, simple as that. goodluck
