She's pretty much in love with this guy in our halls.
And she has been since like the 2nd day of Fresher's..
Then one night she brought him back. Only thing is he hasn't really spoken to her in person since. It's just been super awkward between them. She's always looking for him on nights out etc..
Everyone knows he's a bit of a man-whore and I know he just used her and she knows it too since she's seen him kissing another girl on a night out. But she always finds a way to justify it.
Even when it came out that he'd slept with getting over him15 other girls in one term she managed to justify it.
And she always gets upset about him, and I mean, I always listen to her and let her talk it out. But it's getting ridiculous now. I keep saying "we'll find better guys"/"i hate boys"/"gary's not worth your time, you deserve better" etc. She agrees at the time but then always starts talking about him again.
She always goes over that night with him over and over analysing things. And obviously I can't say "look, it was a one night thing. I don't thigetting over himnk anything's going to happen. He doesn't like you. Stop making excuses for him"
But I'm sick of hearing her talk about him, since i know there's no point. How can I get her to look ahead?! It's been 3 months of her just analysing his every move!
She needs to wake up and grow up. She can't live like a love sick 12 year old forever. She needs to open her eyes and see what is really going on. She's only hurting herself.
