I'm an American Citizen but my parent's are European, I was born in America, but I was raised as I would be if I lived in Europe. So. You decide. I still have European mentality. Do you think it is fair that is a European man wants children in the United States raised that way he must stick to eui want it that wayropean women and stay away from American women? He can raises children that way provided the he is the castodial parrent like in the middle east.
